Our Client is European Oil and Gus company is looking for Regional Finance
Director Based in Atyrau, Kazachstan.

The company considers candidates not only from Kazachstan but candidates from other Regions of Russia and CIS. The company represents all relocation package: relocation compensation, flat rent compensation in Atyrau.

Responsibility
Based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan, we are looking for a qualified accountant to join us as the Regional Financial Director for the CIS Region. In this role it would have to provide leadership, develop strategic direction and manage all processes and procedures within the finance department of the region supervising the different accounting service business units ensuring effective and efficient management of resources. The primarily responsibilities would include control of the profitability of the regional operation; dealing with reporting deadlines and standards; providing ad-hoc financial information, ensuring that the organisation remains compliant with all legislative financial requirements, regulatory accounting standards and financial best practice and forming the strategy as well as implementing financial processes and systems in order to aid its growth.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of previous experience gained within the industry or have worked specifically on oil and gas clients and have a completed and recognised Accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA). It will have demonstrable experience developing financial systems, policies and procedures, managing a financial team and performing to high standards in this area. Key personal qualities required include strong commercial drive, excellent interpersonal skills and committed leadership. The position requires to be prepared to travel frequently outside Kazakhstan when it's required and it must be fluent in writing and speaking Russian and English.

Our client is European logistics services provider is entering the Russian market so we are looking on their behalf for Finance controller that will help the company in legal entity establishing and all other issues that relates with finance and accounting, reporting for the company European head office.

The responsibilities:
• all finance supervising and reporting for the company activities in Russia
• providing all financial analysis, monthly financial and management reporting to head office
• providing of hr initial support, including payroll management, employment law advice and training co-ordination.
• Supervision of Accountant payable analyst
• Managing of cost center budget
• managing Corporate Plans and Budgets with the management team to ensure the delivery of planned results.
• Allocating fiscal responsibilities, monitoring results planned and achieved results
• Responsible for all financial procedures and records, invoices and accounts;
• Creating and applying fiscal controls and procedures;
• Journal entries for adjustments to the general ledger;
• Responsibility for general ledgers, trial balances, financial reconciliations, and review of financial statements.
• Managing daily cash flow;
• Forecasting cash flow requirements to the European cash management and Treasury teams;
• Submission of cash flow forecasts to the EU cash management team.
• Overseeing bank account administration and local funding requirements.
• Oversee accounts receivables and payables functions
• Inventory accounting
• Managing the outsourced Payroll Function
• Liaising with 3rd parties with regards to changes in the payroll;
• Provision of monthly payroll data to 3rd party company;
• Provision of payroll documents needed to implement payroll/personnel transactions.
• Ensuring adequate records are kept;
• Provision and preparation of information to meet local statutory, tax and consumption tax requirements.
